Vulnerable people also have rights

Religion is a deeply personal and private matter. To bring your religion into what is a secular workplace and even obliquely suggest that people should engage themselves with your own religious rituals may be viewed by some as caring, Alistair McBay, National Secular Society, 5 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh.
So if Religion is " a deeply personal and private matter" then WHY are muslims treated with such respect when they INSIST on wearing their turbans and the veils citing that it is their "human right" Is it not a 'human right' to be allowed to pray for someone?
